THE 30-DAY GUARANTEE
WHAT WE COLLECT
If the system doesn't change how you think about running your practice, you shouldn't pay for it.
If you purchase Operator OS and it hasn't changed how you think about running your practice, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
The condition: complete the Readiness Scorecard and install at least one artifact from the curriculum within the 30-day window. The guarantee is designed for operators who engage with the system and find it isn't working for them, not for passive downloads.
If you have done the work and the curriculum isn't delivering value, contact us with a brief description of what you tried and what didn't land. We will process your refund within 5 business days. No argument.

PAYMENT PLANS
REFUNDS ON INSTALLMENT PURCHASES
IIf you purchased on a payment plan and request a refund within 30 days, we will refund any payments made to date and cancel the remaining payment schedule.

OUTSIDE THE 30-DAY WINDOW
AFTER 30 DAYS, ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, partial use, or failure to engage with the curriculum after the window closes.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the curriculum, contact us and we will resolve it. Technical access issues are not subject to the 30-day window. We will make the content accessible regardless of when the issue occurs.
CHARGEBACKS
CONTACT US FIRST.
If you initiate a chargeback instead of contacting us for a refund, we reserve the right to contest the chargeback with documentation of your access and use. We prefer to resolve disputes directly. If you have a problem, contact us: we will respond within 2 business days.
