This policy describes how SW Digital Consulting DBA The Operator OS collects, uses, and protects information you provide when you visit operatoros.co or purchase the Operator OS curriculum.

  • Email address and name when you join the waitlist, access Module 0, or purchase
  • Payment information processed through our payment provider. We do not store card details.
  • Any information you include in communications with us

Information collected automatically:

  • Basic analytics data: pages visited, time on site, referring source
  • Device type and browser
  • IP address

We use cookies for session management and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some site features may not function correctly if you do.

  • To deliver the curriculum and related materials you purchased
  • To send transactional emails: receipts, access confirmations, purchase updates
  • To notify you when access opens, if you are on the waitlist

  • To understand how the site and curriculum are used so we can improve them

THIRD PARTIES WE USE

Kajabi: course hosting, email delivery, and payment processing. Your data is subject to Kajabi's privacy policy when using the platform. We have executed a Data Processing Addendum with Kajabi governing our respective data processing responsibilities.

Payment processors: Stripe payment processing. Card data is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored by us.

Analytics: basic site analytics. Data is anonymized where possible.

We will update this Privacy Policy before adding material new third-party service providers that process personal information. Existing customers will be notified by email when material changes are made.

CAN-SPAM compliance
All marketing emails include a visible unsubscribe mechanism, our business address, and truthful subject lines and header information consistent with the CAN-SPAM Act. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us. Transactional emails related to your account and purchases will continue regardless of marketing preferences.

YOUR RIGHTS

You can request to view, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. Contact us using the form on our website. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR/UK GDPR including data portability and the right to object to processing. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA. Contact us to exercise these rights.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). These include:

SW Digital Consulting, Inc. is the data controller for personal information collected through operatoros.co.
Our lawful bases for processing are: (i) contract performance for information required to deliver the curriculum; (ii) legitimate interest for analytics and service improvement; and (iii) consent for marketing communications.
For EU and UK users, data is transferred to the United States under the Standard Contractual Clauses (for EU users) and the International Data Transfer Addendum (for UK users) incorporated into our agreements with Kajabi and Stripe.
EU and UK users have the right to access, correct, delete, port, and restrict processing of their personal information. You also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in the EU, your national data protection authority; in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office). To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the form on our website.

SECTION 05

DATA RETENTION

We retain personal information as follows:
● Curriculum access records: for the lifetime of the account plus 2 years after last login or account closure
● Financial and transaction records: for 7 years per IRS requirements
● Marketing consent records: until consent is revoked
● Analytics data: for 24 months
If you request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or ongoing legal obligation.

CHANGES TO POLICY

If we make material changes, we will notify current customers by email and update the effective date above.
